Good coverage of issues

The course covers the important aspects of mental well being in an understandable way. You can recognise and change certain traits that may leadd to issues.

enjoyed the course

I have a better understanding of differences between the different types of mental health issues. I feel that I understand what help could be initially offered to colleagues if they appeared to be struggling. Being someone that listens and takes away some of the stresses and anxieties in this way is something that I now feel I can do and this will hopefully be the starting point for the colleague to get the right support and guidance.
