Repetitive

Most videos were repetitive (Saying the same things ). In the real world bosses don't listen to you or bothered about mental health . Pure fantasy.

Overall a good course

I'm glad to see this type of course is slowly becoming mainstream with-in the work place. Across society people are openly expressing their own issues with Mental Health meaning Its no longer the taboo it once was thought of. Its not a sign of weakness we're all human lets acknowledge its part of our journey.

Good course

Useful course which, in my opinion, succeeded in raising awareness on Mental health and associated causes, symptoms and how to deal with these.

Very informative training

A great introduction to mental health awareness and a good resource pack to go along with it

Good course to do

Very thoughtfully put together.

Excellent course, very well put together. Makes you think. Helped me alot & gave me ideas to take away & try at home.

POINTLESS

totally pointless exercise and waste of time introduced by someone with too much time on hand and no proper jobs to do.

focus is on self blame

The course seemed to put a large amount of time into "teaching" us that work can be hard if you have a mental health issue. There is no real weight given to teh fact that actual work changes could be teh cause and possible solution to teh issues you are having. At one point it even says "you may be feeling angry about the way your boss treated you yesterday" and teh solution is to just think positively. Surely there would be benefits from highlighting at that point in the course that the behaviours of others are also something that an employer can change and should.

Excellent, insightful, good advice

Didn’t offer a lot.

I am not a fan of corporate training videos. They have their place as a stimulus for group discussions, but by themselves they don’t offer a lot. This one did not contain anything that anyone working in a caring job would not have thought about frequently before. Sorry.
