very informative

The course provided a good understanding of a variety of mental health considerations and how to deal with them if experienced, and good tips to maintain good mental health on a daily basis.

Great course

This course really provided a positive approach to mental health, identifying basically that it is ok to not be ok and to ask for help when you need it.
