Clear, concise and informative.
A lot of useful advice, tips and hints on manual handling. I found the videos helpful in explaining the main issues to consider when manual handling. Overall I thought the length of training was about right with content not being overly complicated and pitched at the right level.
excellent informative course
Whenever I have to undertake lifting at work or at home the course always make me look at the best and safest ways for me and others to complete the task without injury to myself or others I my be supporting in the work place. If I see others undertaking lifting I will always pass on the knowledge I have gained from this course. Excellent course.
