Just a refresh on things I already knew
The training was ok nothing really new learnt. As done before just a refresher really .
Simple, clear and easy to follow.
Easy going training programme. I liked the relaxed way it was put together and the way in which it was broken down into small chunks so that you could stop at anytime and not have to go back a long way to restart. Nice to have a test at the end too. Makes you feel good with a 100% return.

The information on the science of the back was a good starting point. Would have been helpful to see more examples in different contexts maybe.
