Easy to follow reminders of the principals of manual handling

Well presented and easy to understand. I did mix up 3 questions but still happy with what I managed to do. (One question) I found with the person on the ladder taken down the box that if said person was to accidentally shift to either side while holding the box the ladder could have tipped over No one was holding the ladder, in case of this the person standing behind would have been better placed standing on the side of stepladder to both support the ladder and person in case of accident. Even with the best of ladders this could happen.
