Informative, direct and to the point and as a former Instructor of Manual Handling Training I was more than happy with the course content. In all honesty, I personally preferred the Group sessions as there is no correctional capability if participants are adopting poor techniques or bad practice. I appreciate this is difficult in the current climate.

I enjoyed this course as it covered all the basics , without overloading information which sometimes makes it hard to digest

It was easy to remember as you had people demonstrating how it was done on the videos.
