Clear and understanable
Lots of useful information presented in a clear and understandable way. I particularly like the that they go into how the back works and how it's made up as it makes you much more aware of how you're sitting/standing/moving. Having people demonstrating 'how to' via video is much more useful than being given a bit of paper or a slide deck with pictures. I've done Manual Handling Training in other companies and this is by far the best so far.
Good to include
Very useful but perhaps include this in the Essential Health & Safety training section only rather than have it as a separate standalone module
