I really enjoyed doing this course, which is so important in the world we live in today. I marked this course 5 stars, but again I would give it 10 out of 10. The course made me think more about handling aggtesive behaviour, which will keep our team and myself safe. Again another course well put together and well presented, very well done. Very well designed
My opinion about these courses that we take and are always reviewing isis very positive, as they are always updating workers knowledge with positive ends for both the workers and employers
I have short term memory issues
Summary print offs would be good for future reference.
