One problematic test question?

One of my test questions was about what is the first thing I should do after an aggressive incident. I chose 'making sure I am safe and well', but apparently the correct answer was 'report to my manager'. Is the course suggesting I should report an incident before checking that I am safe? That it is more important to speak to my manager than to immediately remove myself from imminent danger? This seems backwards to me, or else it is worded poorly. Otherwise the course itself was sound and paced well with good information.

simple informative direct easy to follow

This was a simple easy to follow module, all the basic points were covered , there was enough information presented in order to keep a person safe within a possible conflict violence situation, ultimately its also about knowing your own personal limits and abilities . A good foundation starter module .
