Great training

Really informative content good to know what steps to take. Thank you

One of your questions is wrong

How can iHasco claim to be training workers when you think the most important thing after an incident of aggression and violence is to report the incident rather than "check that you are safe and well"? Surely your personal health and safety is the FIRST step after any unsafe incident. After checking you are safe and well, you then report the incident?

Clear and informative

short and simple

good as was simple and a good quick reminder, i drifted off during the aware section as with it being a video recording it is easy to get distracted. The main elements though were simple and clear

It's more avoiding than handling

Disappointed that the course is strong on spotting when aggressive behaviour but seems weak on what to do when aggression is imminent. Run away? That's my natural instinct. Call for help? Ok if it scares off the aggressor. But it might push them further towads violence. What help should I hope for? If a situation has got to the point of running and shouting, not sure if I want my help try talking calmly and slowly when they arrive.

a good learning pace

good tips and ideas to follow here, this has brought my own personal safety to the forefront of my mind and I'll be a little more AWARE now of my surroundings
