Clear precis course.
A very clear course. Goes through a step by step presentation. Nothing to get nervous or worried about. Helps instill confidence in person sitting the course and exam at the end. First class course.
An in depth and detailed course
Covers all aspects of Fire related incidents from discovering a fire, to evacuation and what to do in between. Highlights the behaviour of humans when a fire alarm sounds. From personal experience during a fire drill I watched in amazement when the personnel in the canteen ignored the fire exit beside them and proceeded to leave by their normal route via the warehouse and shop floor to reach and meet up at the assembly point next to the canteen Fire Exit! A course worth watching even without doing test as it could save lives!
Informative
The course was informative although I found the questions in the final test were not very clear and didn't appear to relate to the information given on the slides throughout the course. Nevertheless, I found the course easy to access and complete in small chunks throughout a busy working day.

It was informative & easy to understand
I found the training just right as it went through all the important information but used lots of pictures to demonstrate the points. I would recommend it to others who are fire marshalls/wardens.
