enjoyed the program the moving from slide to slide was a bit of a pain but the content of the program was clear and well presented by the narrators

Very thorough
The course is very thorough and the man demonstrating how to use the fire extinguishers breaks the course up making it more 'hands on' and interesting.
Clear and well-paced
This course was clear and well-paced. I learned (or rather, re-learned) some important points, particularly about types of fire extinguishers and the significance of conduction, convection and radiance for spreading fires. I'd have benefitted from being asked more questions throughout the course; more questions would have helped me recap and review the learning and would have given me periodic breaks from being talked at for so long.
