A comprehensive basic fire awareness course. Created in simple easy to understand sections. You can easily rewind any part of the video if you miss a piece of information. Other than being unable to try out the use of a fire extinguisher, I feel I took in more information from this online course, than a previous face to face course. Participants need to pay attention throughout, as there is a 20 question test at the end, as well as questions throughout. As a refresher, the course was certainly not a waste of my time. I also learned something new, which I always consider a bonus from any course.

Thoroughly enjoyed the training package, as a visual learner the lesson plans were well presented and brief with reviews and assistance at the end of recordings

I decided to become a Fire Warden just because no-one else would, but after completing the course I realised how important this role is and that all staff should be aware of the dangers surrounding fire, it is quite scary how many people are blasé about the whole fire testing and evacuation procedure. The course is very concise, to the point and thought provoking, this course has really made me start to ask questions not only about the procedures within my workplace, but also what safety measures I have at home. I would recommend everyone to complete this course, you may never need it but if you do you will be well armed to deal with that emergency.
