Very Informative
I found the course easy to follow and the information provided was well presented, along with additional documents and resources provided for future reference. I learned a lot from the course even if I did get mixed up with conduction and radiation, won't do that again!! Its always good to have an annual refresher, there is always something you pick up on.

A good online course. The recap info at the end of each section was good for confirming or taking notes. The course was delivered at a good pace and being able to go back was helpful as I got called away three times
