Really informative course with lots of interactive questions to keep you thinking. Overall very well explained.
The content should be modified each year
The content is exactly the same as last year, so I feel you could mix it up a bit to keep it a bit more interesting -like a different presenter or setting.
I would recomend this training to staff.
