Brief but insightful & informative.
I found the short video's and follow-up summaries very helpful and easy to understand. The course wasn't long but still covered lots of ground.

A very good training video. I had training about 7 years ago in my last job and this was far superior, very thorough. i liked the summary at each stage
Well structured, clear and engaging
This course covered a lot but did it in an engaging way to ensure the most essential information will "stick" for the future. The modules were logical, there was not an overuse of acronyms but instead, memorable sayings such as "Stop, Drop and Roll" were useful and will no doubt come to mind more easily during times of emergency. The presenters were pleasant to watch and listen to, with an energetic style keeping my attention throughout.
