Fantastic that this could be completed in parts, especially whilst on reception!
Well delivered course.
The course was well presented. I was able to use the resources whilst watching the videos and repeat any videos where I did not take in all of the information in one go. The course prepared me well for the test at the end.

Plenty of useful information. In comparison to most of the course, some details, ie. the types and causes of fires, also the types and colours of extinguishers, were a little confusing, to then remember in the test immediately afterwards.
