Informative, thorough, semi-irritating
The training is very informative and thorough, however, I find it so annoying the way questions are worded in the test to try and trick people out. As someone who has difficulty always understanding stuff that's written first time, I find it so annoying when I do the test, check over my notes which uses the same wording in the answers and have it tell me its incorrect. Please stop doing this!

The training was very thorough and informative, however, I do find it extremely annoying when you word the questions in the test to trick people out. As someone who finds it difficult sometimes to follow stuff written down it is super irritating when I go to answer a question that is right based on my notes but then you say its incorrect to trick people out. Please stop doing this!

Slow and video based
Would have much preferred text and picture with video being optional and only where really needed. I get that you've created flashy special effects and a glossy presentation, but that matters less to me than my time. The course took far more time to watch than to read. Some specific sections, watching people respond to an alarm benefited from video. The extinguisher demonstrations were useful, but would have been better if after the simulated demonstration there had also been a few demonstrations on real fires.
