the on line training session was informative and comprehensive.

I note updates from the previous course and thought the hidden camera scenario a good way to show human behavior.

The course was good but there were too many slides and a lot of them repeated the same thing. The information could have been condensed down a bit more and not separated out so often. I would have been happier to watch a full video rather than having to keep clicking next. The test at the end took me by surprise, I thought I'd be able to revise my answers at the end but I didn't get the chance to. A few answers I got wrong purely due to miss-clicking on the button that I didn't mean to click and lost points for that.
