Very clear, relevant, easy to follow
A great course with all the information necessary explained clearly in small chucks so easy to digest. very easy to watch and listen to with everything explained as you go along.

Useful refresher
This was a useful refresher. I also learnt some new information (for example, what to do if you find yourself trapped by a fire). The only criticism I would have is the lack of diversity in the presenters (all white); also that no women were shown extinguishing fires – we are capable of using fire extinguishers too!
Clear, concise a joy to watch
Bite sized programme of learning is so good. I recommend this training to all my Fire Wardens and Marshalls who all agree that the training is excellent.
