good course helpful tips
I thought the course was good and helped consolidate the various components of tailored,effective customer service. One point I could suggest for review would be a more diverse representation of people in the videos

I like the short videos follewd by some questions I find d it helps consecration and the fact you can stop it or rewind if you need to is really helpful.

Customer service you must always look after your customers all of the time. You need them as much as they need you.
