In this section we will be looking at equality and diversity, explaining how our behaviour can affect those around us, and how previous experiences create biases (whether consciously or unconsciously) about the people we meet, which lead to us treating them unfairly.

Our second section focuses on bullying and harassment (including sexual harassment) – which is negative behaviour that many people face in the workplace - and we'll suggest some ways to deal with it.

I felt the HR Compliance was interesting although a couple of the questions I found to be ambiguous and chose the wrong answer. The Wellbeing part of the course was good and relevant in today's workplace. I did wonder if the course should be split into two separate modules as they touched on different subjects and just seemed to be pushed together to make up the 48 minutes or so...
