Very useful and interesting training
I find very illustrative the comparison between a person and a balloon. Without air a balloon does not have shape at all. Without any aspiration a person is empty too. Once you inflate the balloon, this recovers the shape and the more you inflate, the more is taking a perfect shape. But do not inflate too much, because this could be destroyed after explosion.
