About this course
Conflict is part of our daily lives and it can have a very negative impact on our relationships. However, well-managed conflict can bring about positive change. It has been found that 85% of employees deal with conflict at work at some point, and 29% of employees deal with it almost constantly.
The ability to communicate successfully is among the most sought-after soft skills in the workplace, whether you’re dealing with the differences or demands of your employees, colleagues, managers, suppliers or clients.
Conflict can arise in any organisation and in any industry – anywhere where people who have different beliefs, opinions and ways of working are sharing the same space! Whether it’s just two individuals or a group of people.
A conflict that is handled poorly, or not handled at all, can cause irreparable damage to your organisation’s productivity and reputation. Hence why Conflict Resolution Training is essential for giving you the best strategy for dealing with conflict.

I find the training educative, learning things about conflict resolution that are useful for all time.
The course has taught me issues and techniques about conflict resolution that I did not know exist. As a result I feel equipped to navigate any conflict situation with enough tact to be able to find a solution. Much obliged iHasco!

Conflict Resolution
This was a concise well organised short course. Precisely targeted to the point in hand for the learner to understand. Well done
A good overview of the techniques for resolving conflict
All the standard techniques for resolving conflit very well illustrated.
Very Useful Refresher
Communication very rarely works 100% as intended and this course demonstartes what we can do to try to improve this.
Informative, well-presented, short clips with a precise learning objective
I absolutely loved the course, generally topics like this tend to get a bit boring and repetitive but the content was presented in short clips and I felt I was attentive throughout without losing the track. The story – Socrates, was in particular the most interesting and thought provoking, the Triple-Filter technique discussed in the story can be applied in our social life too. I feel encouraged to adopt the overall approach and the practical tips from the course. Though I missed making notes during the course, I will always try and remember to take a little pause and think in any conflict arising situation. However, I felt the quiz at the end was too straightforward and did not require much thinking. I would love to do more courses like this in future especially in the soft skills area.

Why is this training important?
Business benefits
It’s estimated that 85% of employees deal with conflict at work at some point, and around 29% deal with it on a regular basis.
Conflict can be incredibly negative, having drastic consequences on both individuals and the wider organisation. However, with the right tools, conflict can be managed effectively, saving you money and increasing productivity; helping empower your staff, improving their work experience, and reducing your staff turnover; and helping you manage risks by preventing potential aggression or violence by disgruntled staff, mitigating the legal risks which might result from such actions while fostering a better public perception of your organisation. Our Conflict Resolution Training provides you with the tools you and your staff need to properly manage conflict, turning what could so easily be a negative into a benefit for you and your organisation.
