Extremely basic. Good for people who've never written an email and did go through every point of an email – but would have been good to actually use one or more example emails, comparing a long email and then a shorter, better written email to demonstrate picking out key features / information

Clear and concise
Most of the course was covering basic knowledge, however it is always good to have a refresher. The presenter was clear and engaging. I found this webinar useful.
