A great guide for identifying stress. The tools for addressing and managing stress are helpful, and recognize that individuals might need their own (but similar) methods. Calmly presented and well illustrated. The car breakdown example is a very good example of positive attitude.

Some useful tips

There are some useful tips and suggestions. Some videos are over acted. When you've been asked to do this annually or know a lot about stress and well-being it's repetitive and not enjoyable.
