Very clear, easy to follow and informative course.
This course covered everything I needed to know about food safety and hygiene in the workplace. The content was well organised, the videos were helpful, and the knowledge checks helped reinforce what I'd learned. It was straightforward to complete and I would definitely recommend it to anyone working with food.
