Some useful tips
There are some useful tips and suggestions. Some videos are over acted. When you've been asked to do this annually or know a lot about stress and well-being it's repetitive and not enjoyable.

This course is very relevant in current times. It provided an excellent refresher for me and the tips are valid for both work and non-workplace scenarios.
Truly awful
How not to teach. A combination of the obvious and the ridiculous. Some outrageous claims – stress causes eczema and heart disease? Have you heard of confounding and reverse causation? Or the cautions on attributing causation in observational data? Delivered in a condescending manner. Sorry, not for me.
