Stress is a part of your day to day ongoings…its very important to control in any way as it affects you mentally and physically thus may lead to major health problems.

Course was suitable

Recognising stress and managing it are 2 separate issues however and even if you know what you SHOULD be doing, you aren't always able to action – if you are stressed!

Some good tips to managing stress

An empathetic presentation on the causes of stress, the difference between pressure and stress, and useful tips on how to manage stress.

Quite Interesting

An interesting topic, well introduced. I hope I will be able to remember some of the methods next time I am feeling stressed.
