Very useful

I learned a lot about stress management and can apply it to my job

Too long

There is no reason why this session can't be cut, it takes too much time to get to the point. If nothing else, the actors could speak more quickly just so it doesn't take as long to complete.

Great and informative

This is the 9th of 18 modules to complete and it was highly informative (as they all have been!) and very beneficial. The style, presenters and options of transcript etc. is also really nice and user-friendly, for this and all modules.

Confusing stress, depression and anxiety could be dangerously bad advice

At various points of the video the term "stress" is used essentially to describe any kind of temporary feelings of poor mental health. Including "a low sense of self worth" for example, which is not primarily product of stress but instead a symptom of depression. While many aspects of the video were positive, it seems to be wrongly asserting that any form of poor mental health, or negative feelings arising out of work can be described as stress. This advice could cause vulnerable people to seek support for stress through their manager or workplace when actually they need to speak to a trained medical professional with regards to mental health – this could be damaging for employees.

Basic & condescending

No opportuntity to jump straight to the test – we waste time on these trainings every year and there are few changes that are not easily communicated without having to endure the patronising format

pointless

Excellent reminder on how to deal with stress or pressures in the work place

Very informative and makes you understand that everybody in one way or another may find stress a challenge, we are human! Good exercises to use when feeling stressed and mantras eg PIP and DDDD

I enjoyed this course

Some good tips, made me realise I'm doing the right things already but I could still do more.
