Pets

The course says that pets, especially dogs, are good for reducing stress and loneliness. That can be true, but pets can also cause stress in many different ways: by their behaviour, when they are ill, with their everyday costs and huge and unexpected vets' bills, in family tensions over different responsibilities and, eventually with bereavement. I don't think the course should be suggesting that to reduce stress, buy a pet.

Fantastic information.

This course has enlighten my knowledge about the strategies that helps to cope with stress and I am happy.
