The training make me aware of my boundaries with colleagues. How unintentional gesture, word, jokes made can offend a colleague.

This definitely clarifies and raises awareness of the the issue of sexual harassment and the expectations of employers, employees and the clear theme that this covers any unwanted sexual behaviour in the workplace. The advice and guidance gives clear ideas about what you can do in a variety of situations and levels of severity, be that as a victim of harassment or if a colleague needs support.
Great information and relevant
I have been a victim in the past with sexual passes made to gain promotion for the lady concerned I found it easy to walk away but some people cant . Its really having the courage of your convictions to say NO….
