The video highlighted a lot things I didn't know that was classed as sexual harassment- very informative
Good starting point
My feedback about this training would be that, in the third part, there is a lot of emphasis on the feelings of the harasser and on making the victim understand the harrasser's point of view. I don't think that is necessary for the training – it might make more sense to focus on what the harrasser's actions are doing to the victim instead. The questions could be more difficult to ensure people actually listen during the training.
