Made you think about what it means

Ok
Thought there might be more on specific aspects of bullying like transphobic/homophobic/nicknames which can be a minefield of different sensitivities – people can be offended for all kinds of reasons, but in general I thought the course was pitched about right. There can also be an age gap issue when it comes to feeling "triggered" eg is calling somebody "pet" sexual harrassment? – some mind, others find it affectionate, particularly in the North East where it is widely used as part of the local dialect…lots of things to consider… Good to keep the communication alive

Very Comprehensive course
Detailed course which is good not for addressing your own behaviour but witnessing that of others and how to deal with those observations
A really interesting training course

Very good
An informative reminder to be mindful of others in the workplace
The course was good but the end of course questions were a bit simplistic.
Answering questions based on possible staff scenarios would have been more meaningful.
Clear, easy to access, and interesting
Fab. Thank you.
