Wish I had known this some time ago when I experienced it.

Good but some blind spots

I thought the course was well laid out and clearly explained but I was surprised that of the six examples of potential harassment given, only one showed a male aggressor/female victim and even then it was only 'possibly' sexual harassment. The first two examples were of a female harasser and male victim. The statistics at the start of the course said that 60% of women experience harassment compared to 40% of men. In my previous role I experienced a range of inappropriate behaviours – from elderly solicitors who felt it was appropriate to kiss all younger women at networking events, to a client who put his arm around my waist and ultimately a partner who was drunk in my car and had made no plans to get home from my house. (I left him at a taxi rank and he bullied me until I found a new role.) I was therefore somewhat disappointed that the level of male harassment on females was not reflected in the examples. While I

Clear and concise but I thought there might be some accessibility issues

Some of the graphics were not audio described and would be difficult to follow if you had sight loss.

Gave a good overview of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. The examples were good and well thought through. I gained a good understanding of what measures are is place to prevent this in the workplace.
