A potentially difficult topic, sensitively handled

Impressed by the clarity of the information and the range of examples to illustrate the key points, presented in well balanced way to acknowledge different perspectives.

Very nice and easy way to explain what is Sexual harassment and how to deal with it.

Easy training.

I learned a lot from this course, things I wouldn't have known.

Good use of examples

The use of scenarios with an explanation from a presenter was helpful. I was left a bit confused about when a 'victim'/'recipient' (= V/R) should inform a manager. The course included that a V/R could ask someone to, for example, remove a calendar (of a sexual nature). Surely that would involve a manager only if the 'harasser' did not respond in a positive manager BUT elsewhere on the course the advice was "Inform your manager" with no caveats. The advice about how to deal with feeling uncomfortable (the beginning of the continuum) could be clearer.

Mandatory but not worthwhile

Training like this just engenders distrust and suspicion between colleagues and does little to tackle real issues.

Easy to follow and thorough
