Sexual harassment awareness training

Very important to high light this course I have just completed as it happens in all sectors of the work force ,this module which I completed was very thorough from start to finish I highly recommend every individual to train or retrain learn or relearn not sure if these are the right term words ,but I know what I’m talking about ,this will help employees and employers who are in a situation who shouldn’t be in the beginning what cause of action should you in a work force environment take.We do not come into work to be paid to treated with no respect no dignity being harassed in any way whether sexual or any other way unapropriate,we do not go to work to be bullied harassed disrespected or treated unfairly it’s not in our contract Thankyou for your time best,Alfie 😃

It was a good insight to what is meant by sexual harassment and how to deal with if it happens to you or you witness this harassment.

Harassment?

I attended secondary school including sixth form between 1974 and 1981. I can remember distinctly a fellow pupil being chastised by our English teacher for mis-pronouncing the word harassed when reading aloud in class. Harassed, harassment and harassing was mis-pronounced whenever mentioned in these courses. It doesn't seem to matter anymore that this is mis-pronounced just as it doesn't seem to matter that double-negatives are over looked on many occasions. Some would say that it's how the English language has developed or evolved, however, I feel it's a shame how things like this are disrespected or just ignored as an inconvenience.
