Good training, but opportunities for improvement
The training was quite good, but was lacking in more serious examples of sexual harrassment where a member of staff is being gaslighted or undermined by their colleagues or manager about what they are experiencing. Similarly, the questions were too simple and didn't really encourage critical thinking of the case examples provided. More challenging questions (but not trick questions) which highlighted the complexities of office dynamics in cases of sexual harrassment would be a more effective training for staff.
Informative and provides good sensible guidance.
The course covers the subject matter in a clear easily understandable manner. It provides clear guidance on the legal definition of sexual harassment. It also provides victims with good guidance of actions to be taken to resolve problems in the work related environments.
