Good course

Very interesting and lots of information. I really enjoyed this course

Uncomplicated information on a very complex category

I found the information easy to understand on a very complex situation and discovered answers to questions I didn't know I had. I was afraid when I started the course, but relaxed as I worked my way through it.

perfect training sessions

It is very important to have training and know how to deal with your own health and people's situations.

Not sure its totally relevant

The course was interesting, but not sure it was completely relevant to my role. It was generally about care, I work in an office.

the training is good but not right for Marjon as it is focused on care for patients

Great format as you can't skip through but a progress bar and timing would be good because it is lengthy. The training is through but is not a good fit with our organisation where we have vulnerable students. We need something more nuanced to focus on our specific needs within the university setting. I feel like I could go and work in a care home now but I don't think some issues we experience in practice have been tackled.

Good information very well explained

Straightforward with relevant information

This course is ideal for anyone in a role supporting adults, especially those who are considered as being vulnerable. It outlines the different types of abuse, what to look out for, how to report it, plus what not to do. It is clear to understand and has both video and a transcript that can be followed if you prefer. Multiple choice questions at the end, with an instant result and certificate for your records.

Concise but comprehensive and informative

This course provided all the essential points and was structured well with a combination of video, slides and questions throughout with a test at the end. I particularly found the additional information and links beneficial.

Comprehensive

This was a comprehensive course but much of it was aimed at Health Care professionals rather that Education.
