It taught me a lot
This helped me understand what to do in every situation that I may encounter while I am volunteering as well as helped me feel more confident.
The course is to the point with lots of useful information.
I would love a paper based version so that I can refer to it with a list of all the resources or emailed version.

At the begining, I thought the Safeguarding level 2 would be difficult but I found it really interesting and learned a lot.
