Very clear and concise content
Interesting and informative course, I like the format which suits my learning style РI love being able to pause and listen again to sections that go too quickly. Presenters are clear and easy to listen to. I learnt a lot and wished that I’d had this knowledge in previous care roles.

The programme was easy to follow but importantly also allowed time to review a topic if unsure.
