Informative and well balanced training

I found this training to be informative and made me realise just how many forms abuse can take and that we must all be mindful of not intentionally causing abuse to someone by the way we speak or the tone of our voice. There are a lot of vulnerable people out there and we all need to be vigilant in recognising and reporting any forms of abuse that is happening or suspected to be happening.
