A really interesting course and helped my awareness of my past experiences. In some parts I found it difficult to understand but as I'm a very fit 80 year I'm delighted with my results.

The course is very clear and engaging. Easy tu understand and well designed. The voice tone, the information and the ilustrations were all excellent and well organised to help understand the material and to remember it as well.
