Very good but……
Descriptions and names of departments and organisations do not stay on the screen long enough to make a note of
Generally good
Does not apply to people other than those employed in a care setting. People in a charity shop are not going to be involved in recognising trafficking/sexual abuse etc – it is not relevant to their function!! It takes a while to do this course and will put a lot of volunteers off and they will withdraw so it defeats the function of the charity

This course fulfils the basic requirements of safeguarding level 2 and was easy to access and achieve. Liked the varied way of delivery, reading the transcript alongside the video was useful

Getting started was a bit of a problem, I’m not sure why, but once the videos started it went well.

it would be good if the option to read additional info was not optional but needed to be able to continue toe course. There is lots of info in the additional that people should be reading
I learnt a lot
I have learnt a lot in this training, how to support and keep the clients safe and how to report anything I'm concerned with, I hate computers so am chuffed I managed to do the workbook.
