This course was very inclusive.
I found this course to be very informatory, although a lot of the content did not apply to me as a volunteer with TALK. However, it is good to know all aspects. This could be improved by allowing the presenter to be stopped in the middle to take notes instead of repeating the module. I am trying to print off my certificate, which is not possible using an ipad. Even though I have emailed it to myself, I am just getting another link to which I have not yet received a reply. I should be stated first that a printer would be required.
Feel course wasnt appropriate for my husbands disability need different course.
A very good course, but feel it's more for in a Care or Hospital situation ,also some of the questions were not appropriate for my Husbands situation, due to having a stroke and being non verbal, doesn't help find people to learn how to communicate with my husband,found alot out that I am now aware of that I wasn't aware of before doing course.

A really interesting, useful example of safeguarding as it highlights areas not always covered by standard test
Very informative
Training was very informative, but i few more training question would have been beneficial. Also at the start of the video it was stated that the trainee should focus on identifying abuse rather than categorising. However most of the questions were testing the trainee's ability to categorise the abuse.
