That is a great job that makes everyone have a enough knowledge and more experience and confidence going ahead that is amazing job
this is a mind opening course
l enjoyed doing the course and l would encourage other fellow co leagues to do it ,so that we have a better environment to deliver the positive out come to people we support. And what l have noticed during the training is that what is not recorded its not there. The most important thing is to record or document every piece of information as soon as you still remember it and that will serve a lot of stress to both workers and people we support .
It’s very detailed it talks clearly about the importance of safe guarding , boundaries , abuse and forms of abuse and the law
