A great course! So easy to follow with everything needed.
Overall I think this was a very well structured learning course with clear information, the tone used by the people in the videos were also very clear and direct, however wish I could have heard it more louder. I also love the fact that it had more additional information attached to the slides which gave further reading materials/learning, and access to more information. I did enjoy the mini questions in between the slides and although I know there was the final test after, would have loved it if there was way more mini questions (testing the knowledge) of each slide to get more engagement out of it and prepare for the final test which was at the end. However I was very happy with the overall experience of this course. Thank you! 🙂
Informative and concise. Easy to understand principles and respond to knowledge questions as you go through the course.

There is a concern that Mrs A may have sustained an injury during manual handling support .Given her vulnerability and reliance on staff for all transfers, this raises a safeguarding concern.the incident requires further investigation and appropriate referral to ensure her safety and prevent potential harm.

Excellent training
Good to keep up with training it sticks in your mind
Inoformative and thought=provoking
This was a useful reminder of the major issues and sanctions involved in Safeguarding Adults. I work for the Council which is both humbling and insightful as our service users present with various complex needs. I help people from all parts of the community from early years to pensioner. Many customers need help with basic transactions such as borrowing and returning books, applying for Bus Passes, and helping to make Council tax payments. It is always satisfying to help someone vulnerable and know you have made a positive difference. I firmly believe that higher-functioning adults have a moral responsibility to help the vulnerable, not to patronise and otherwise diminish, but to empower them to take part in public life.
