This course provided a clear and thorough understanding of adult safeguarding, including types of abuse, signs to watch for, and how to respond appropriately. I now feel more confident in recognising and reporting concerns, and I understand the importance of protecting vulnerable adults in all settings. The examples and scenarios made the learning practical and relevant to my role.
