Concise and covered all aspects well
This was very much to the point and covered what I needed.
Good presenters. Short burst approach worked extremely well. Perhaps more for those offering care services-not sure how many almshouses do.

I really loved the Safeguarding Adults (Level 2) course — it was clear, engaging, and thoughtfully delivered. The content was highly relevant and practical, especially for someone like me preparing for a deployment in a remote setting. The system was hard to use and questions did not display property
Not suitable for use in a phone several questions were not fully displayed hence wrong answers and the CONTINUE button often didn’t work.

A very informative training session
I did not award 5*, because upon reflection I am thinking it would be good to test every small section as you go along. My perception was that there were sometimes large gaps between tests. I think more (small) tests would reinforce knowledge which could be fully tested by the 20 question end 'exam'. I am basing this suggestion on similar training I have undertaken, such as that required by the Electoral Commission (Polling Staff). Thank you.
