Much better than my previous Safeguarding training.
Very useful training containing up to date issues such as modern slavery and institutional abuse. My only criticism would be how whistleblowing has resulted in numerous cases of employees losing their jobs. I would question whether a sponsored care worker, in the UK on a sponsored work visa, would be willing to report institutional abuse if it places their job at risk.
Meets the needs very well
The safegaurding training is delivered in a clear and concise way which is easy to understand and gives staff the knowledge required to go about there work in a safe way

Great course online, great videos and explanations. Easy to follow and provided transcript and additional sources.
Contradictory and too much terminology
It would be better if there was an opportunity to allow explanatory comments where it's contradictory and explain terminology where it's not obvious. 'Referral' is too vague for this usage.
