it gives valuable information on the safety and protection of vulnerable adults
I gave the course a 4 star review rather than a 5 because it contained information not relevant to my country in the UK. It also omitted information. A list of legislation for individual UK countries was included in the Additional Information section, but did not reference the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act The link to the Code of Practice for Scotland does not open at the code, instead I had to search the site for it. The link to Wales opens a Bad Gateway page. It would be helpful to list the safeguarding telephone numbers for eah of the UK countries rather than only the one for England
It was a great informative course.
I learnt a lot from this course. It was easy to follow and easy to digest as it was edited into nice bite size information.
Clear and well explained.

Navigating through the courses and their different sections is simple, with no confusion or unnecessary complexity.

Easy-to-follow course.
The course enabled me to gain better understanding of safeguarding adults.
The test submits answer without the option of pressing a submit button first which isn't practical for all. I often highlight text whilst reading, which in this case would result in the answer being submitted when not chosen

I read transcripts rather than listening to video's but the transcript moves slowly and unable to move on until the video ends. This is time consuming when reading level can read much faster.

Inaccurate references
Many of the references used do not apply in Wales. For example; CQC – either Health Inspectorate Wales or Care Inspectorate Wales. Duty of Candour – Health and Social Care(Quality and Engagement) Act 2020, enacted from April 2023.
