clear advice for everyone

the course was relevant and easily relatable to real life. Much of it is information that we may know already, but this session presents it within a framework that adds clarity to ideas a simple as 'think before you act', 'get the facts', 'take a breath' as well as encouraging positive mental attitude and physical/emotional wellbeing.

Informative

The 5 pillars got my thinking about how I could handle things better However I work in child protection so I don't think you should use a broken coffee machine as an example of something that requires resilience.
