This training was very informative. Its made me realise that its normal to sometimes think negative thoughts but I now have the tools going forward to reassess them and think before acting on them

The importance of positive thinking and being open for change.

The understanding of resilience, implementing positive thinking, managing overall physical and mental health (healthy food/exercise/sleeping patterns/being positive and open to change) in order to be more successful and productive at work. Highly recommend this training.
