Good course that gives useful approaches and ideas on how to maintain resilience.
I really enjoyed this course and one that companies don't usually provide, but it is important to understand, as resilience is a fundamental skill that everyone needs. This course brings together common sense approaches to building and maintaining resilience and that it is a skill that can be developed. Not something that I had really thought of before.

This is the training I enjoyed most mainly thanks to the beautiful graphics, which fit the contents perfectly. I also learnt skills that can be used both at work and in my personal life.

Excellent course
Very insightful course, made me think quite a few times and resonated with me. It has really got me thinking about the things that make me angry and how I react to situations. Also I need to think before I respond and I have found out that I am resilient in other things, such as bouncing back from illness and getting on with things.
