Provided me with lots of facts and tools to address my own well being , also made me aware that I had been that person who was supportive willing to listen and not be judgemental . Also must remember to take lunch breaks away from my desk , increase the volume of water I drink daily.

Everybody needs to learn about mental illness,this can help you to handle any problems that might arise within the workplace,for yourself or others.

It met the statutory requirements

I think this is just something companies pay lip-service to but don't actually practice. If more companies actually followed this advice they would be able to retain experienced staff rather than having a revolving door recruitment policy where staff never accumulate sufficient experience!
